8.1 Beauty Hub ships throughout Italy, excluding the Vatican City.

8.2 Beauty Hub will make its deliveries to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase

8.3 Delivery is generally made within 2-3 working days

8.4 If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will specify the location of the order and how to arrange a new delivery.

8.5 If you are unable to be present at the delivery location at the agreed time, we ask you to contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.

8.6 If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us after 30 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.

8.7 As a result of the resolution, the amounts will be returned, including delivery costs with the exclusion of any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary method offered without justified delay and. in any case, within 14 days from the date of resolution of the contract. Transport resulting from the resolution of the contract may have additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.

Shipping is free for orders over 30 euros .

For orders up to 24.99 euros the shipping cost is 5 euros.

For orders between 25 and 29.99 euros the shipping cost is 3 euros.

In case of cash on delivery payment there is a surcharge of 3.50 euros

The costs are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order

8.9 If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to either party, the user will be fully refunded for the payment.
